Prerequisites
Before starting the Google Home integration, ensure you have the following:
- A stable 2.4GHz Wi-Fi internet connection (5GHz networks are generally not supported for initial pairing).
- Your Jasmine Smart device(s) fully set up, powered on, and operational.
- The Jasmine Smart app installed with an active account and your devices already added and tested.
- The Google Home app installed on your Android or iOS smartphone/tablet and logged in with your Google account.
- A Google Assistant-enabled device (e.g., Google Nest Mini, Nest Hub, or your smartphone).

Verify Jasmine Smart App Setup
- Open the Jasmine Smart app on your smartphone.
- Ensure your smart device (Smart Switch, Light, Fan, Camera, or Thermostat) is listed on the home screen and online.
- Test the device by toggling it ON and OFF directly within the Jasmine Smart app.
- Verify device naming: Assign clear, simple names to your devices (e.g., "Living Room Fan" or "Kitchen Light").
Important Naming Tip: Google Assistant uses the exact device names defined in your Jasmine Smart app. Choose clear names that are easy to speak aloud.
Access Integration Settings in Google Home
- Open the Google Home app on your smartphone.
- Tap the "+" (Plus) icon located in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Select "Link app or service" from the menu options.
- Tap on "Works with Google" to open the home control service list.
Search & Link Your Jasmine Smart Account
- Tap the Search icon (magnifying glass) at the top right of the Home Control page.
- Type "Jasmine Smart" in the search bar.
- Select Jasmine Smart from the search results.
- Click "Continue" and then "Agree and continue" when prompted.
- You will be redirected to the secure Jasmine Smart login page. Enter your account username (email or phone number) and password.
- Tap "Sign In" and then tap "Agree and link" to grant Google permission to control your devices.
Assign Devices to Rooms
- Once account authorization is successful, Google Home will display all discovered Jasmine Smart devices.
- Select a device from the list and tap "Next".
- Choose your preferred Home location and tap "Next".
- Assign the device to a designated room (e.g., "Bedroom," "Living Room," "Kitchen," or "Office").
- Repeat this process for all your remaining Jasmine Smart appliances and switches.

Google Home cannot find Jasmine Smart:
Ensure your Google Home app is updated to the latest version. Verify your search spelling when looking for the service.
Authorization Failed:
Double-check that you are entering the correct username and password for your Jasmine Smart app account. Reset your password in the Jasmine Smart app if required.
Device not responding or showing "Offline":
Verify your Wi-Fi network connection. Open the Jasmine Smart app directly to confirm the device is online. Try saying "Hey Google, sync my devices" to refresh server status.
How to Unlink and Relink (Factory Connection Reset):
